Audit
In certain cases audit of annual accounts and consolidated accounts is required by law. This audit has to
be performed by an independent expert: the auditor.
Some entrepreneurial situations require to reconciliate the booking of certain periods or circumstances.
In these special cases we will plan and perform the audit in the requested extent. Special audits could be
asked for verification of the creditworthiness or adequacy of the management according to basic rules
governing budget law but also for embezzlement checks. Of course, we have perfect knowledge of the various
standards, German Commercial Law as well as International Accounting Standards (IAS) / International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
